About Lilly Adrian

Lilly Adrian, owner of The Bridge of Time, is a Memory Care Programming Consultant and Trainer, developing, creating and implementing training systems for proper protocol for those with memory impairment living in residential communities.
At the age of 47, Lilly began assisting with the care of her precious father as he lived with this dreaded disease, for 12 years after diagnosis.
This was when she truly gained the passion for teaching and training those who are in the field of caring for people with dementia, giving them the tools needed to give the best of the best care to those suffering with this disease.
Being a preferred vendor for the State of Texas, Lilly helps professionals keep current with their certification as a Certified Assisted Living Manager, as required by the State of Texas. Having the Trainer Certification necessary to teach the Certified Dementia Practitioners Class (CADDCT) for the National Council, she provides necessary training to satisfy the newest state requirement, RULE 92.43, for yearly dementia training across the state of Texas.
Lilly has worked for more than 10 years as a certified Life Enrichment Director (ADC) in numerous communities and also as a Memory Care Specialist, a Certified Dementia Care Specialist (CDCM), and an Advanced Grief Facilitator. She earned a BS in Sociology and Psychology from Southwest Baptist University.

Having worked for over 25 years in some form of senior services, Lilly is committed to learn more every day about how to care better, so she can continue to teach and train those who also want to care better for those trapped in the world of dementia.
